How do leases with McLamore Outdoor Advertising work?
McLamore Outdoor Advertising enters into long-term lease agreements with local land owners in exchange for placing a billboard structure on a small portion of their land. The amount we will pay for leasing your property is determined by the following factors:

• Sign visibility
• Number of existing signs in the area
• Advertisers demand for coverage in the area
McLamore Outdoor Advertising is responsible for all costs including installation, illumination and ongoing maintenance.
How much will McLamore Outdoor Advertising pay for your lease?
Leases are purchased and reviewed based on factors of market demand, traffic count and location visibility. McLamore Outdoor Advertising holds you, the property owner, harmless from any claims or damages for bodily injuries and physical property damage caused by our sign structures or employees. McLamore Outdoor Advertising maintains liability insurance to cover all losses for which we may be responsible.
